Consensual Complaints Resolution Agreements and
Alternative Dispute Resolutions
As per SCPP bylaws, the Complaints Committee may at any time during the course of an investigation, with the consent of the member or proprietor who is the subject of the complaint, refer the complaint to any form of alternative dispute resolution, including, but not limited to, mediation.
